Nasreen wrote a very thorough book here, a book that is a self-empowering and self-uplifting book for those struggling through issues in life. I found it very inspiring to read with many anecdotes and her thoughts translated into words and sentences, making sense and guiding us into looking into our inner selves. The book is long in the sense of the many chapters [if one may call them such], each dedicated to a specific topic which touched Nasreen herself.
As a Christian and an author and reviewer, I read this book with a neutral mind and understood what she was bringing across to those seeking something greater, more success and a better future. This book is truly wonderful that you can relate to each chapter topic she wrote about; and yes, there were areas which touched my heart, taking me back to my times in life where I needed some inspiration and aspiration. I enjoyed this book and read through it quite fast, still picking up the pointers and facts which triggered my mind and thoughts.
I therefore rate this book with 5 stars as it is truly worth the read. It does take you on a journey of self-discovery and offers you plenty of insight to point you in the direction of success, growth and becoming a better person. Well done! I love the formatting and the feel of each page layout, etc. Congrats Nasreen!
